Hourly rate (non contract)      $30/hr

Hourly rate (contractor)          Dollar amount will be billed at contractor rates plus
                                          5% coordination fee.  Reliable and reasonable price
                                          will be obtained.

Rental & Manage                    8% of Gross rents for us to manage
                                           1/2 1st month for new tenants 
                                           Will list your property on website
                                            Place sign on your property
                                            Tenant screening with credit checks and references.
